Terms & Conditions

We really don’t want to write out a whole massive list of terms and conditions and we’ll always do our best to make sure you’re happy, that’s why we wrote our guarantee. But, we do need to make sure there’s an understanding of a few obvious things…

We can’t guarantee or be held responsible, for the venues and suppliers we recommend. We do everything we can to find good people and offer you options, but your contract for their services if not our responsibility and therefore we cannot guarantee it.

We also can’t guarantee the weather in any way. Whilst it is generally 20 degrees or higher and sunny here, sometimes it isn’t and we really have no influence on that. We would, of course, do everything we could to mitigate any effect the weather may have on your day and always have a “Plan B”.

Anyway, here are some standard T&C’s …

A booking is confirmed with a minimum deposit of £300. 

Your final balance is due 30 days before the wedding date.

However, payments can be made at any time and/or by regular instalments if the client wishes.

Cancellation Terms.

The booking deposit is fully refundable for 30 days.

If a client cancels the booking more than 12 months prior to the celebration date then no penalties will be applied. 

If a client cancels the booking between 12 to 6 months prior to the celebration date then the client must pay 30% of the full fee.

If a client cancels the booking between 6 to 3 months prior to the celebration date then the client must pay 75% of the full fee.

If a client cancels with less than 3 months to go before the celebration date then the client must pay 100% of the full fee.
